EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returns are valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Our policy only relates to items purchased via our online store www.middletree.com.au.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
- Sale items
- Gift vouchers
- Products purchased through one of our stockists
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, free of charge. If you need to exchange for item due to change of mind, the customer will be responsible for all postage costs and any different in the cost of the exchanged item.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning an item due to change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange due to a damaged or faulty product, or because of our error, the cost of return shipping will be provided as a credit.
